The challenge

What was holding the business back.

    Scattered records

    Sales, expenses, stock, attendance and payroll lived in different notebooks and spreadsheets at every outlet.

    The owner could not tell which outlet was profitable this month until the books were closed.

    Payroll by hand

    Salaries, leave, overtime, advances and statutory deductions were calculated manually every cycle, and errors were common.

Our solution

We designed one web app that handles the entire operating loop for each outlet and rolls it up for the group. A cashier sees a revenue form, HR sees payroll, a store manager sees the day’s tasks and bills, and the owner sees every outlet at once. Every screen is scoped to exactly the outlets a person is allowed to see.
